How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Jamesnative Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Jamesnative Windows & Siding
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, first take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Jamesnative Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@jamesnative.lat and include these items:

1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

First, we acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor issues, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
